Indy as CEO is responsible for general management and strategic business development in the company. With a strong background in capital markets, Indy has been integrally involved in designing solutions for complex workflow and client servicing challenges for banks and broker-dealers over the years. His domain knowledge of the client service function and content management challenges in the capital markets space ensures a keen focus on client issues. Prior to ANALEC, Indy worked for Deutsche Bank out of Hong Kong. He has been a regular contributor to various forums on regulatory change in European capital markets in the form of MiFID II regulation as well as participating on various industry event panels. Indy holds a Master degree in Economics from University of Cambridge (UK).
Chief Technology Officer
brings over 20 years of experience in the field of Information Technology and investment banking, including 5 years in equity research. Colin’s main responsibilities and expertise are product development and deployment and technology contribution to ANALEC’s strategic initiatives. While in the UK, Colin worked for Deutsche Bank both in IT and well as investment research. Colin’s oversees the product development and architecture review team at ANALEC and brings his experience to bear on addressing specific business user challenges at all times, leveraging the best available technologies to address the needs of the client base. Colin has previously worked for Deutsche Bank, Bankers Trust and NatWest Markets, in the UK and Hong Kong. Colin holds a BA (Hons.) in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Aston University (UK).
Head of Office - North America
Alan brings over 15 years of relevant experience working within both the sell-side broker-dealer world as well the Wealth Management industry in both Research-Sales and technology sales. Ameritrade, OTR Global and Morgan Stanley Dean Witter. Alan brings an acute understanding of the sales & trading function within investment banking and the broker-dealer landscape. Alan is fully conversant on the challenges facing the institutional investment marketplace as well as the challenges of full-service investment research led service models at most broker-dealers and investment banks. ANALEC believes between its technology capabilities to impact positive change and competitiveness at broker-dealers and banks and its domain expertise across its leadership team, it will vastly add to the discourse with clients and prospects alike. Alan holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance.
Vice President - Finance & Admin
Rahul Mittal is Vice President – Finance & Admin and leads Finance and Administration function globally. As an established finance leader, Rahul has extensive and rich global experience including treasury and funding, investor relations, cost management, financial operations, taxation, financial accounting and reporting, business analytics, and actively involved in organization’s financial planning and forecasting of company’s financial decision making. Rahul holds a bachelor’s and Master’s in Finance with more than 14 years of experience in the finance domain.
AVP- SaaS Transition & Delivery
With more than 16 years of diverse industry experience, Manuj Mohla brings fresh perspective on Technology and Management into the Organisation. An IIM Lucknow alumnus, Manuj has worked in Leadership roles in technology companies like Amadeus, FCM, IBM, Dell. Manuj has worked with clients in all six continents and has diverse international experience. Currently he is leading SaaS transition for the organisation and taking care of Product Management, Project Management, Customer Success, Pre-Sales and Marketing initiatives.
Senior Manager- People & Culture
With a passion to integrate business strategy and human resources, Subha Nair leads the People& Culture vertical at Analec. With the belief that ‘a company is its people’ Subha brings with her an amalgamation of skills sets in talent management, organisation development and talent acquisition. She comes with a vast experience in human capital while working in global companies from diverse industries such as engineering, consulting, and professional services. In her role, Subha works closely with the CEO and other Business stakeholders to bring in strategic guidance and counsel in all areas of Human Resources. With her expertise in talent management, she supports the business in upgrading the leadership talent and bringing in best practises from the industry to take a talent to the next level. Subha believes in the mantra that “Culture eats strategy for breakfast and technology for dinner” and therefore she lays strong focus on developing an inclusive culture which promotes learning, skill development and career enhancement.
