An Investment Research organization with 15 Publishing Analysts. The research business was on an authoring and workflow solution from a US vendor. Their motivation to look for alternatives was driven by limited flexibility in research authoring; no control over financial (estimates/forecasts) in publications; and limited digital visibility in the marketplace. The business did not have control over its digital distribution and customer engagement.
