Europe and the United States; they have a select group of global firms as regular clients.
The firm’s existing CRM was a competing platform from a US vendor; they were not satisfied with quality
of support and their user level ease of engagement on the platform.
Maintaining deal workflow discipline and confidentiality across teams was one of the primary
considerations; and the individual user engagement on the system was equally important.
