Indy Sarker As CEO is responsible for general management and strategic business development and brings over 20 years of relevant experience. His deep domain knowledge of the client servicing and investment research function, accumulated over a 10-year period working for global investment banks, drives continuous innovation at ANALEC. During his time, Indy was a top II ranked analyst over his years working as a sell-side analyst. Prior to ANALEC, Indy worked for Deutsche Bank out of Hong Kong, having started his investment research career in the UK. Indy has been a regular contributor the TABB Forum as well as a contributor to various financial journals, magazines and panels on regulatory and strategic issues facing the broker-dealer industry.

Indy holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Cambridge (UK) and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Delhi (India).

Colin Stone brings over 20 years of experience in the field of Information Technology and investment banking, including 5 years in equity research. Colin’s main responsibilities and expertise are product development and deployment and technology contribution to ANALEC’s strategic initiatives. While in the UK, Colin worked for Deutsche Bank both in IT and well as investment research. Colin’s oversees the product development and architecture review team at ANALEC and brings his experience to bear on addressing specific business user challenges at all times, leveraging the best available technologies to address the needs of the client base. Colin has previously worked for Deutsche Bank, Bankers Trust and NatWest Markets, in the UK and Hong Kong.

Colin holds a BA (Hons.) in Mathematics and Computer Science from the Aston University (UK).

Lalit Raj is responsible for all client engagement activities at ANALEC, in both a pre-sales and post-implementation environment. Lalit also has the Implementation Consulting Group within ANALEC reporting into him as it interfaces directly with clients when implementing ANALEC platforms and solutions. Lalit brings extensive knowledge of the financial research space and client servicing space developed over 10 years in the brokerage industry in India. While at Fidelity, he was part of Fidelity Investment Management services group, assisting Fidelity’s London-based Analysts and Portfolio Managers in their research/investment process. Lalit brings his deep domain knowledge to bear on all customer mandates and provides useful insights and solutions to issues being faced by the client base.

Lalit holds a Post-Graduation Diploma in Business Management (Finance Specialization).

Saurabh Kathuria brings over 15 years of experience in the field of Information Technology. As a Product Leader, Saurabh is responsible for new rollouts, product roadmap and strategy planning for ANALEC ResearchWise. Saurabh has been associated with ANALEC for more than 12 years and has rich experience in Client Engagement and Software Implementation, having worked on various global mandates. Saurabh is actively engaged with clients in the US, Europe and APAC regions for new customer implementation and working on custom requests from customers. Saurabh directly works with the Development and Sales team to continuously enhance the ResearchWise product and deliver it as per business priorities and market needs. Prior to ANALEC, Saurabh has worked with Dell Inc. as a Product Specialist on Dell products for US market.

Neha Singh is responsible for product roadmap and strategy planning for ANALEC ClientManager. Having over 11 years of experience in Digital products, IT strategy and engagement management, Neha is actively involved with clients in US, Europe and APAC regions for new product rollouts and existing clients management. Bridging the gap between business and technology, Neha closely works with the Development and Sales team to continuously enhance the ClientManager product as per business priorities and market needs. Neha has previously worked for NTT Data and Evalueserve to successfully establish their Digital products across various domains.

Software Development Group

Job Description
ANALEC brings an insightful understanding to the IT product requirements within our target customer base. It offers IT professionals a unique opportunity to work on innovative product development initiatives as well as working on implementation at the customer end.

Preferred Educational Qualifications
BE/B. Tech, ME/M. Tech, MCA/PGDCA (Computer Science) from reputed universities and/or institutions.

Relevant Experience
Proficiency in Microsoft technologies – MS SQL Server, Visual Basic.NET, ASP.NET – is a must for joining the development team. Candidates with prior experience of working in software product development companies are looked at favourably.

Prospective candidate may be tested on his/her .NET skills; testing for .NET and SQL Server capabilities.

Software Testing Group

Job Description
Candidate will be responsible for the quality control and code testing on the entire range of ANALEC products, both existing and under development. The Software Testing group checks for the correctness, completeness, security, and quality of the software developed within ANALEC. Our testing team checks the products for their reliability, efficiency, and maintainability over time, using both white-box and black-box testing techniques. Our software testers work closely with the development and implementation teams to ensure software malfunction opportunities are minimized prior to any client site roll-out.

Candidate will have complete freedom to develop and utilize existing knowledge and adding new knowledge to enhance the quality output of software created at ANALEC.

Preferred Educational Qualifications
BE/B. Tech, ME/M. Tech, MCA/PGDCA (Computer Science) from reputed universities and/or institutions.

Relevant Experience
ANALEC’s products are developed on the following platforms: Microsoft SQL Server 2000, Visual Basic.NET, ASP.NET. Software test engineers must bring both white and black-box testing capabilities. Candidates must bring knowledge of creating test cases against standard testing packages and also be able to undertake load-test of large data servers. Candidate must have working knowledge of the technologies and platforms used together with the integration into a quality control/test environment.

Client Consulting Group

Job Description
Person will be responsible for handling and resolving technical queries and issues reported by the client and should be able to identify and provide input on unique or recurring client issues. Person will be providing technical support on ANALEC’s financial software solutions using documented procedures, available resources and tools. Person will have to ensure all client queries are addressed within SLA. Person will have complete freedom to develop and utilize existing knowledge and adding new knowledge to enhance the quality of technical support process.

Preferred Educational Qualifications
BCA/MCA/ BE/B.Tech/ BIT from reputed universities and/or institutions. Background in Commerce with relevant computer education will also be considered.

  • Ability to troubleshoot computer related issues.
  • Knowledge on Windows operating systems (Windows XP, Windows 2000, Windows Server, Windows Vista).
  • Knowledge on MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-SQL Server.
  • Knowledge on HTML editors like MS-FrontPage Express.
Relevant Experience
2-5 years experience in Technical Support.
Experience in Software Services Industry will be an added advantage.

Implementation Consulting Group

Job Description
ANALEC’s software consulting group manages the implementation of our software suites at the customer end. They work closely with the customer side organization on all process implementation issues, ensuring customization inputs are collected appropriately and set-up on the platforms, highlighting areas of efficiency improvements within the organization, and ensuring successful user-adoption of the capabilities deployed. Consultants spend considerable time on-site at customer premises during the implementation and initial user-training phases.

The consulting group works closely with the Analytics, Software Development and Software Testing groups in order to ensure complete service satisfaction at the customer end. The consultants work closely with the client organization to successfully implement the software solution and in the process help the client to streamline its internal processes and introduce "best practices".

Preferred Educational Qualifications
B.Com (Hons.); Chartered Accountants; MBAs and Engineering.

Relevant Experience
Prior experience of on-site software implementation at client sites would be looked at favourably. Candidates with strong project management skills, clear communications skills and ability to make effective presentations and engage the customer, would be considered essential to the job.
